                  摘要:
                  目的 研究不同年齡段超高度近視眼弧形斑的變化。方法 回顧性分析超高度近視眼(球鏡度數>-9.00D、散光度數<-2.00D)65例118眼的視力、屈光度、近視弧形態等資料。按照不同年齡分3組,10~18歲為A組、>18~40歲為B組、>40~73歲為C組,分析3組的視盤面積、近視弧面積、白色脈絡膜萎縮弧面積、近視弧類型的變化。按照白色脈絡膜萎縮弧面積將50歲以下的入組患眼分成D組、E組、F組,分析矯正視力。利用SPSS17.0軟件進行統計學分析。結果。两M、B組、C組3組視盤面積分別為(1.98±0.52)mm2、(2.73±0.86)mm2、(2.35±0.75)mm2,近視弧面積分別為(3.71±1.42)mm2、(8.98±3.68)mm2、(10.30±7.60)mm2,白色脈絡膜萎縮弧面積分別為(0.06±0.30)mm2、(2.79±3.45)mm2、(3.35±4.29)mm2,方差分析差異均有統計學意義(F=7.96,P=0.00;F=18.91,P=0.00;F=13.86,P=0.00)。54.2%為單側近視弧,45.8%為全周近視;A組、B組、C組內全周弧所占的比例分別為8.7%、48.0%、61.7%。D組、E組、F組矯正視力分別為0.63±0.33、0.57±0.28、0.34±0.32,方差分析示差異有統計學意義(F=8.64,P=0.00)。結論 隨著年齡的增長,超高度近視眼視盤形態變化小,近視弧、白色脈絡膜萎縮弧明顯增大、全周弧出現概率增大,白色脈絡膜萎縮弧與矯正視力相關。
                  Abstract:
                  Objective To evaluate the changes of peripapillary atrophy in superhigh myopia under different ages. Methods A total of 118 high myopic eyes (65 patients) with spherical power more than - 9. 00 D and astigmatism less than - 2. 00 D were divided into group A,B,C according to different age. The case under 18 years old grouped for group A,between 18 years old and 40 years old grouped for group B , and over 40 years old grouped for group C. The area of optic disc ,peripapillary atrophy ,peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy and the type of peripapillary atroph were analyzed. The case whose age under 50 years old grouped for group D, E . F according to the area of peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy , then the BCVA was analyzed by Version 17. 0 SPSS. Results The area of optic disc in group A,B, C were ( 1. 98 +0. 52) mm2 . (2. 73 + 0. 86 ) mm2 . ( 2. 35 + 0. 75 ) mm2 , respectively ; Area of peripapillary atrophy in group A, B , C were ( 3. 71 + 1. 42 ) mm2 . ( 8. 98 + 3. 68 ) mm2 , ( 10. 30 + 7. 60 ) mm- , respectively; Area of peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy in group A.B , C were ( 0. 06 + 0. 30) mm2 , ( 2. 79 + 3. 45 ) mmz , ( 3. 35 + 4. 29 ) mm- , respectively. There were statistically significant differences among three groups (F = 7. 96 ,P = 0. 00 ;F = 18. 91 ,P = 0. 00 ;F = 13. 86 ,P = 0. 00 ) . 54. 2% was unilaterial peripapillary atrophy and 45 . 8% was ring peripapillary atrophy; 8. 7% .48. 0% .61. 8% were ring peripapillary atrophy in group A, B, C ,respectively. The best corrected visual acuity in group D.E , F were 0. 63 +0. 33 .0. 57 +0. 28 .0. 34 + 0. 32 . respectively , there was statistically sigruficant difference ( F = 8. 64 , P = 0. 00 ) . Conclusion With the age increases, the optic disc change slightly, the peripapillary atrophy and peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy change evidently, and the rate of ring peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy increases. The peripapillary chorioretinal atrophy is associated with best corrected visual acuity.
